Computer Lab
Well-designed and separate computer labs for kids and older children, run by a well-educated and qualified faculty, with one-on-one access, which means there is one computer for each child. Pre - primary kids learn words through PowerPoint presentations and innovative software. There are 100 computers in our labs currently. They are state-of-the-art with multimedia, most of them with 15" LCD monitors that are easier on eyes, generate less heat and consume less power thereby keeping the classroom atmosphere comfortable for children.Currently we can claim 1:10 as the ‘student to computer ratio’ in campus.
Transport Facility
The school provides transportation facilities to students.Buses are operated in all important routes.We have well experienced and trained drivers to take care of the children. A responsible person known to the driver and nanny may be engaged to bring the child to the boarding point and to take the child back. The child will not be allowed to get down at the boarding point if the person waiting to take the child is unknown. In such cases, the child will be taken back to the school and parents/ guardians informed. The school has a vehicle and a driver for emergency transportation of pupils to hospitals/ clinics.
Sports Ground
We at RME aim to implement a best-in-class Physical Education & Sports programmes. The programme is designed to offer the same rigor in sports and physical education as in academics. This ensures the children learn holistically through physical activity and sports in addition to helping children improve their health and fitness levels dramatically.
Auditorium
The infrastructure at RMV itself is a benchmark but auditorium is like feather to its hat. The lavish, spacious and comfortable auditorium is extensively used not only for students to showcase their talents but also for wonderful workshops, for talks given by skilled speakers, for various celebrations which are held from time to time. It has the capacity to house 150 students. The electrifying sound system, acoustics and the air condition system adds to the ambience of the auditorium.
Library
The school has a fully equipped library with a reference section, a reading room and a seminar area. It is stocked with plenty of books in various categories and a number of periodicals and newspapers.The library is also equipped with a number of educational audio/video CDs/DVDs on curriculum based topics and general studies. Library Department has initiated a unique certified reading program called “Bookboom” to encourage and inculcate the habit of reading. All students are enrolled and have to go through a rigorous program of reading specified by the department and have to appear for an evaluation to get different levels of reading certificate.
Smart Classes
Smart classes use all interactive modules like videos and presentations. In fact, smart classes are almost like watching movies as sometimes, animated visuals are used to teach a point. This kind of visual is both eye-catching and young students can easily relate with them. Smart Classes improves teaching effectiveness and eases administrative tasks by providing teachers with the easy to use tools. In fact, a smart class enables rich collaboration between the school administration, students, teachers and parents.
